In the lecture we present how small and positive day-to-day habits can make us happier and more energetic, while also counteracting depression, sleeping problems, and anxiety. The focus of the lecture is on concrete advice that can be easily practised in day-to-day life and that makes it easier to get started with lasting habits with regard to food, sleep, physical activity, and stress management.
